Complete Roof Replacement & Roof Improvements in Wrexham

We recently completed a full roof replacement at Smithy, Wrexham, transforming an ageing roof into a modern, durable and weather-resistant roofing system.

The existing roof covering was carefully stripped back, allowing the roof to be prepared for a completely new roofing system. The project included new roofing felt, treated timber battens, new roof tiles and modern dry-fix components, together with improvements to the fascia, soffits and roofline.

The new tiled roof gives the property a clean, refreshed appearance, while the new breathable membrane, treated battens and improved roofline provide a renewed roofing system underneath.

The dry ridge and dry verge systems provide a neat, secure finish without relying on traditional mortar bedding, helping to reduce future maintenance requirements.

The completed roof provides the property with reliable protection from the British weather, while giving the building a fresh, modern appearance designed to last for years to come.

Complete Clean-Up

Once the roofing work was completed, we carried out a full final clean-up, including:

Removal of all old roofing materials and waste from site
Cleaning of the new roof and gutters
Removal of debris from around the property
Final clean-up of working areas
Leaving the property and surrounding areas clean and tidy

From the initial strip and preparation through to the new felt, battens, fascia, soffits, dry ridge, dry verge and final tiles, the entire project was completed with careful attention to detail and quality workmanship.
