Fascia Replacement
If your existing timber fascia has started to rot, crack, split or deteriorate, replacing it with a quality uPVC system provides a long-term, low-maintenance alternative. Where existing timber is structurally sound, an over-cap fascia system can encapsulate it for a fresh appearance and added weather protection. Where timber is damaged, we carry out a full replacement as part of a complete roofline renovation. We assess the existing roofline before recommending the right system.
Soffit Installation
Soffits protect the underside of your roofline while allowing proper ventilation into the roof space. We install a range of ventilated and non-ventilated uPVC soffit profiles to suit modern and traditional properties, helping to maintain a healthy roof space while giving the roofline a clean, finished appearance.

uPVC roofline products are designed to be low-maintenance and long-lasting, well beyond what you’d typically get from painted timber. Actual lifespan depends on the product specified and how well it’s installed, which is why we only work with quality manufacturers like Freefoam.
Can uPVC fascia be fitted over my existing timber?
In some cases, yes. Where the existing timber is still structurally sound, an over-cap fascia system can encapsulate it for a fresh, low-maintenance finish. Where the timber is rotten, cracked or damaged, we’d recommend a full replacement instead. We’ll assess your roofline and advise on the right approach.
What colours are available for fascia, soffit and guttering?
We work with a range of manufacturers including Freefoam, Freeflow, Brett Martin and Marley, which between them offer a good choice of colours and profiles — from standard white through to woodgrain and darker finishes. We can talk through the options available for your property when we quote.
My gutters keep overflowing — can you fix that?
Overflowing gutters are usually down to blockages, incorrect fall, damaged joints or guttering that’s undersized for the roof. We’ll inspect the system to identify the cause and recommend whether a repair, a partial upgrade or a full replacement is the right fix.
Do you need scaffolding to replace fascias and guttering?
